Prices are still being worked out against what the service costs to run. These parts are settled.

  • A 14-day free trial, no card.

    Try Fynix with your own books before you decide. You do not enter a card to start.

  • Your data waits for you.

    If you do not continue after the trial, your account is paused, not deleted, and your data is kept for 30 days.

  • Monthly subscription in Canadian dollars.

    Prices will be shown in CAD. GST/HST is added at checkout as the law requires.

  • The price you see is the price you pay.

    Any fee you must pay will be part of the price we show. Only sales tax is added.

  • Your books are yours.

    You will be able to export all of your data, including every entry and every report, at any time.

When will prices be published?

Before launch, which is planned for 2027. They will be published on this page.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. The 14-day trial starts without a card.

What happens at the end of the trial?

If you choose a plan, you keep going with everything you entered. If you do not, your account is paused and your data is kept for 30 days, so you can come back or export it.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. GST/HST is added on top, as it is for any taxable service sold in Canada.

How will billing and cancelling work?

The full billing terms, including how to cancel, will be in the Fynix app's terms of service, which we will publish before launch.

Is there a price for accounting firms?

Yes. Accountant Pro is a separate plan for firms that keep books for several clients. Its price will be published with the others.
