Acceptable use
This policy lists what you may not do with the Fynix website. When the Fynix app opens, its terms of service will include this policy, so it will apply to the app too.
1. Unlawful and dishonest use
- Do not use Fynix for anything illegal, including fraud, tax evasion, money laundering or financing crime.
- Do not pretend to be another person or business, or to act for them without their permission.
- Do not use Fynix to break sanctions or export laws.
2. Records you keep in Fynix
- Do not create false records, invoices, receipts or statements to mislead a lender, investor, buyer, tax authority or anyone else.
- Do not enter the books of a business you are not allowed to keep books for.
- Fynix keeps an audit trail of who did what and when. Do not try to hide, alter or get around it.
3. Security and systems
- Do not try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours. If you find a weakness, report it under our responsible disclosure rules.
- Do not upload malware or files designed to harm, and do not overload or disrupt the service.
- Do not scrape, copy or reverse engineer the service, or use automated tools against it, except as the law allows.
- Do not resell or share access to Fynix without our written agreement.
4. Other people
- Only add personal information about employees, customers or others when you are allowed to, and handle it as privacy law requires.
- Do not use Fynix to harass, threaten or send unwanted messages to anyone.
- Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
5. What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, block access to the website, or, once the app opens, suspend or close an account. Where the law requires it, we may report illegal activity to the authorities. We will act in proportion to the problem, and where it is safe and lawful to do so we will tell you first.
6. Reporting misuse
If you see Fynix being misused, email founder@usefynix.com with the subject "Misuse report".
